Founded in 1998 by Chris and Clare Turner, CTO Lighting was born out of a desire to create lighting of uncompromising quality, using only the finest materials and skilled British craftsmanship. It all began in the late 1980s in a small workshop in the historic Italian city of Piacenza. Oluce is Italy's oldest lighting brand still in operation today, founded in 1945 by Giuseppe Ostuni.
