The Amini Writers carpet collage includes three different carpets. Amini, together with architect Elisa Ossino, has taken an extremely fresh approach to Writers - Carver: felted strips have been used, which are interwoven. The result is a woolly and soft grid pattern that follows Ossino's usual design handbook. His work combines geometric abstraction, monochromatic colours and references to surrealism. The rug is hand-braided in India.
